Our decision to work with “on request” independent consultants stems from our strong belief in Integrity, Diversity, Entrepreneurship and Autonomy (IDEA). We postulate these values can be best attained by a diverse group of ethical, autonomous entrepreneurs who are not bound by sales targets, hierarchy and internal politics.

We want to work in an as open architecture as possible to:

• Foster creativity by synergising diversity of backgrounds, geography and experience.
• Reduce fixed costs (and therefore pricing), allowing us to bring senior international level expertise to mid sized African enterprises and second tier financial institutions.
