Genco Sanli
Mr. Genco Sanli served as Finance Director of a major Nigerian company in the logistics services industry from September 2016. Prior to moving to Lagos, he worked 27 years in Investment Banking and Wealth Management Divisions of first-tier banks such as JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Citibank as well as specialty players such as AIG Financial Products, Fortis Banque Privée and KBL European Private Bankers. In these institutions, he held management positions in which he applied creative solutions to complex strategic issues. His diverse experience in fast moving and challenging environments allowed him to build an analytical and “need to change” driven mind, invariably seeking improved processes and implementing efficient best practices. In his last banking posting in London, Mr. Sanli additionally acted as Change Agent within a McKinsey led project (Team Excellence) to overhaul the Fixed Income and Currencies Division at Commerzbank AG. He holds a MA in Political Science from Université Libre de Bruxelles and a MSc. in Management Studies from Boston University.

Ms Nike Tinubu, an Agro Processor is currently the President and Chairperson of the Industrial Cassava Stakeholders Association in Nigeria. Furthermore, she is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Eagleson & Nito Concepts, a consultancy, production and processing company of High Quality Cassava Flour (HQCF) and Commercial and Mechanized Farming of cassava roots in South West Nigeria. She has over 13 years in consulting, capacity building of smallholder farmers and engagement of contract growers in rural communities, thereby improving their produce yields and income. She is a dedicated manager and visionary whose achievements in agriculture have contributed immensely to civic development at various levels and ultimately to national economic growth. She acts as Chairman of the Board.

He is member of the American Society of Appraisers, an accredited Senior Appraiser, Business Valuation Discipline, and has been a financial consultant for nearly 30 years specializing in business valuations, litigation consulting, economic and financial research, statistical and investment analysis and mergers and acquisitions. At her practice in Continental Europe, she leads corporate finance transactions (dealing with all “private equity” like situations) and business transformation projects.
Before acting as independent senior consultant she was a Director at a renowned Corporate Finance Boutique in Madrid, in charge of Debt Restructuring and M&A specialized in fundraising for medium corporations in need of additional liquidity (growth, special situations, company & asset disposal).
In 2006, she worked for a London based Hedge Fund, evaluating investment opportunities and launching new funds.
In 2007, she joined a major Spanish investment Bank’s HQ in Madrid, as a Senior Manager of the Alternative Investment/Hedge Fund Selection team where she grew the client portfolio from € 1 to 3 Bn.
In 2010 she joined the Corporate and Investment Banking area with a loan syndication team, where she financed large corporations and advised medium-sized European corporations on syndicated lending products (Term loans for acquisition finance and capital expenses, Revolving Credit Facilities and Forward Start Facilities). In 2013, she became a Director of Corporate Debt restructuring and member of BBVA’s Central Risk Committee leading debt restructuring processes. Through defining and implementing the Lenders’ conditions for refinancing, as part of the balance sheet restructuring, she became an expert in operational restructuring of (di)stressed companies in hostile environments, transforming them into performing corporates and recovering distressed banking debt.
She started her career as an international Lawyer with Linklaters and Suez-GDF (now ENGIE) in Brussels, specializing in Tax and International Contracts. She assisted large corporations establish their HQ in Brussels where she pleaded a large number of litigation cases.
She holds a License in Law from Université Libre de Bruxelles and an MBA in Finance from IESE (Barcelona), A Belgian national, she is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Dutch.
